Apex Legends: Return of the crisis
Electronic Arts and Respavn Entertainment today reveal the new event "FREE" for Apex Legends, which will run from April 19th to May 3. The fixed-term event marks the return of the crisis host mode and offers new cosmetic objects as well as much more.
Overview of the new content
Krisenherd returns
With the temporary return of popular mode, players Olympus can experience like never before. In "Krisenherd", healing objects are removed from the booty pool and replaced by large "crisis host zones", which heal all legends in it.

Cosmetic freed objects
Players can 40 thematic cosmetic objects, including legendary skins such as "Machine Language" (Crypto), "Böser Bot" (Pathfinder), "Quantum Collision" (Wraith), "Stone Schleuder" (Valkyrie), "Prison Freedom" (Car), "Terminated" (Hemlok), "shoveled tomb" (Peace of Peace) and "Pyromania" (Rampage) unlock.
In addition, freed packs can be bought, the cosmetic objects, weapons talismans, trackers and more unlock.
Lightning events
Players can unleash their strength and play two unique weekly challenge rows to unlock cosmetic objects from the event.
- 19. Until April 26: Rewards include a unique plaque, an epic talisman, an epic re-45-skin and an epic Seer-Skin.
- 26. April to 03. May: Rewards include a unique plaque, a rare apex pack, an epic boxing-nessie holospray and a free-pack.

Thematic Event Update
EA and Respawn updated the topic event tab with "freed", making the new content easier to find and menus are easier to navigate.
